Finally Winter At The Homestead
It has been such an odd winter so far. The temperature has hardly gotten below 50 since the beginning of December. Even Christmas Day was a sunny 74 degrees. We hoped for some snow so we could enjoy the fun and beauty up on our little hilltop homestead.
Well, the past few days did not disappoint. On Friday morning over 8 inches of snow fell out of the sky and covered our forest in white. It’s the most that’s fallen in Middle Tennessee since 2003. It’s definitely the most our little ones have ever seen!
